Rapid Rehab Funding is a unique loan program based in Colorado that offers fast, short-term, interest only non owner occupied single family residential homes. The buyer purchases and remodels the property (i.e. "fix") then sells or refinances the property during the loan program (i.e. "flip") for a substantial profit. This is the basis for the Rapid Rehab Funding "Fix-Flip" Program.
